Screen hanged

My fitbit watch's screen hanged and can't scroll. Please assist me what I need to do.

Im having the same issue as well.. I tried the restart method but isn't working

Mine is ok now. I changed the click faces from the app. Try that.

Ya I tried that but when I long press the side button and scroll to the
settings on the HR it still is hanged

Also mine won't sync at all

Yes, I tried changing the clock face and it worked.  Weird, huh?
