I’ve had the inspire since November, and it’s been great until this week. It began a couple days ago with not being able to scroll through the parts of my inspire, then just a few hours later the side button wouldn’t work, and I could only view the screen by twisting my wrist. I put it on the charger to see if that was an issue, and now the screen won’t work at all, with the button or motion. When I hold the side button down, I get a tiny vibrate but nothing else.

My screen also stopped working about 8 hours or so ago. I can tell from going online that it's been counting steps and that battery is charged. But the screen remains blank whether i turn my arm or push the button.

I've had my device for just a few months and this has happened to me twice. The first time it happened I dug through these boards and found a solution that worked for me. In the app, I went in to change the clock face I was using on the device. Once the change was applied, my device would light up and display again.
The first time I just went with the new clock face because it turned out I wanted a change, but the second time I immediately switched it back, and it still resolved the problem, so you don't necessarily have to stick with the new face if you don't like the other options.

Yes I’m the same. I got it as a Christmas gift and don’t have the packaging anymore and earlier today it was all working fine. My mum put a pizza in the oven and asked me to put a countdown on. I clicked the button, it lit up, I clicked on countdown and got a black screen. If I press the button it vibrates but that’s it. Heard people had this issue quite a lot last february. Be good if a moderator could actually help us fix it or advise us on how to go about getting warranty on it. I’ll be mad if they reply in a few days or weeks and say the warranty ran out while we were waiting for them to reply cause then it’s on them.

my screen stopped working this past Friday - I kept wearing it once I realized it was still tracking my steps & syncing. I knew I had an incredibly busy weekend ahead so I wouldn't check into the issue (if it hadn't resolved itself, which it hasn't) until today. The screen still wont display at all, but still functions fine otherwise according to my app.
