Screen on tracker

Screen on tracker is not illuminating. Was working fine but needed a charge. Charged for about 20 mins to 100%. Unplugged and pressed button. Felt the pulse but screen is black. However, the app shows that the tracker is actually keeping up with my steps. Any thoughts will be appreciated.

Hi @Mb0507  Pop your tracker back on the charger and restart it several times. If that doesnt fix it then please come back here.
