I got a Fitbit inspire 2 in December 2021. Was using and loving it but one day I took it off charger and somehow lost it. I think it maybe in house somewhere but can’t find it. So I just got a second one. My question is how do I disconnect the original lost one from Fitbit app and get my new one set up on Fitbit app?

Go into phone app, logged into same account, profile pic (top left) > + Set up a new device > Inspire 2
It will say something like ' you already have an Inspire 2 set up. is this a replacement?' answer yes, and it takes care of it for you.
