How do I find the serial number of my Inspire 2?

I cannot find how to locate my Inspire 2's serial number so I can get a warranty replacement. Google's online info on this has NO information on the Inspire 2. Help!!!!

Hi @PauletteAltmaie    It’s on the box, if you saved it.  Not many of us do.

But you can still get to one of the web dashboard pages.  I listed the steps when I helped another user find their serial number.  Please see this post  .  I just tried the link and it still works.  It’s a little complicated.  I don’t know why the serial number is in code, but you can decode it.

I never throw a Fitbit box away until it dies or is no longer supported.
