How do you get hr monitor on my inspire fitbit

Hi @Dazwalker can you clarify the question please? The Inspire does not track heart rate and it should track automatically on the Inspire HR via the flashing green lights on the back of the fitbit.

Steve-  I just purchased the Inspire HR and have been unable to set it up.  I have the app on the phone.  I registered on the site.  No flashing green lights on the back of the unit.  I only purchased this unit so I could track heart rate.  Would you be able to post step by step directions?  I have an IPhone 7 Plus.

 

I figure I will take today to figure out the process.  If I can't get it up and running I can return it.
