I get a error trying to setup my device

Hello @Mnukwa and a warm welcome.  Can you be more specific about the steps you are taking and a better description of the error message?  Are you using a phone, tablet or PC to set up your device?  If you are using a phone, is it on the list of compatible devices?

I'm using android phone. I have managed to resolve the issue by disabling
wifi in my phone and I use data from service provider.
