Short Cord Idea....

I find the cord a little short for my preferences and I am sure others will find it too...

If you find it short, you may need one of these , see photo. This is a USB Port Extension cord. Functions just like our surge protectors and our cords we use in our yard if the weed eater is too short (that is another fitbit activity for exercise later..)

I'd say you don't need no more than a 3ft cord.

Hope this idea helps those who needs extra length to plug in 🙂

The cord only cost $3 with free shipping on the site that begins with an E. Small price to pay compared to the price of a new charging cable that's off brand on the site that begins with an A. You're still using the Fitbit official charger, just plugging it into an extension cable which does not hurt anything at all.

I do have the same problem. All of my outlets and USB ports are too high to attach the charger and lay the tracker down.  I understand the fix, but it seems that I shouldn't have to buy an additional item because the charging cable design is faulty.

I bought one and my Sense says to change to a faster charger, got a high speed one and the same thing.
