How do I get my Fitbit to produce the sleep stages and sleep score?

It's done it twice, I've had my new Fitbit for about two weeks now and love the feature, just want it to do that all the time. 

It will record my sleep and show me wake times and sleep time just not the stages.

The tracking of sleep and the sleep stage breakdown is automatic. There are some conditions that need to be met to get it to work right. These two help articles should explain this:
