Sleep score doesn’t work

Hi,

my sleep score doesn’t work.

i start the sleep every evening in the app, and in the morning there is only “asleep, restless and awake” I have premium and my battery is at 67% rn (so it was over 25% the whole night). I’m sleeping more then 3 hours per night too.
On Sunday I could still see it, there is also no update available.

please help me with that problem

@sophia.fairy  If you start and end sleep in the app, you will only get basic sleep details. In order to get sleep stages and a sleep score, you don't need to do anything. Just let your Inspire 2 detect when you go to sleep and wake up.

I have a similar problem as Sophia except I am still getting sleep stage reports but no sleep score. I did not use the sleep function in the app - I just went to sleep naturally. This was my and my wife’s first night with our Charge 5s. Hers gave her a sleep score, mine did not - only sleep stages.

Mine too! Says I am asleep when I am not and didn’t track one night at all.

I have done nothing differently and it has worked the last three nights.  Before that, it had only worked one other night in July and not at all in June. It is a FitBit issue and I wish they would fix it.

Not at all happy with the charge 5 I have had it a week now and still no sleep score. This started to happen with my Charge 4 then the strap connection broke off, so I took the plunge and purchased charge 5. So as I said in the beginning Not Happy.
