My sleep tracker has gotten very sensitive. At night when I'm just watching TV it thinks I'm asleep. As soon as I get in bed it starts tracking sleep even though I'm actually reading or scrolling on my phone. It completely offsets my values for deep sleep and REM percentages. I've double checked and I've got my settings set to normal. Not sensitive.

@sdiehr00 , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information.
The Inspire will track your movement and heart rate to track your sleep. If you are watching TV, as there are not many movements and the heart rate could get to the resting heart rate, the watch might "interpret" this as if you were sleeping. I suggest you move your wrist every now and then when watching TV or reading in bed, so that the heart rate, gets a bit higher and the movement is recognized.
I'd also suggest you to read the following: How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device
