I don't see any resolution to this that I haven't tried. I'm new to Fitbit and got a very detailed sleep score the first night I used it, then never again.
After several days, in desperation, I used the manual Sleep Now button. From the forum, I ready this may activate a bug in the software. Whether I did or not makes no difference. No sleep tracking past day one.
It tracks my steps, but nothing else, even though I have Premium, have activated the tiles I need, etc.
I created a new account. Nothing makes a difference.
