My inspire hasn’t tracked any of my sleep for the past 2 weeks. It’s counting steps etc as usual though. How can I get the sleep tracker working again?

wondering if you scroll through the tiles on your device, ie; time, steps , calories, miles etc ,  is the sleep tile lit up like the others>?

I have been trying to find out why for months but the fitbit team has not come up with an answer.  Must be a defect in the device.  If you have any luck let me know

I'm not sure what eventually fixed it. I went to account, advanced
settings, sleep settings, changed from normal to sensitive.

Before that, I also deleted the device from the app, logged out of the app,
disconnected the device from bluetooth, restarted the device, then logged
back into the app, reconnected via bluetooth, then added the device again.

Not sure which thing eventually fixed the problem.
