SmartTrack not recognizing activity and MapMyRide issue

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

How come my Inspire NEVER shows that I have done over 10 minutes of yoga or body weight exercises. Also it says that it is synced with Map My Ride yet it NEVER shows that I've ridden my bike (non stationary?) for over 10 minutes. It also doesn't record that I have been swimming laps for over 10 minutes. I have my Fitbit set up to recognize all of these exercises and yet it never does.

The only exercise it recognizes and records is walking.

Hi @Helenbg, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delay in responding your post.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. Let me share with you that your Inspire is not logging such activities because of the duration. Most Fitbit devices automatically recognize and record high-movement activities through the SmartTrack feature, at least 15 minutes long. Also, the activities that are automatically recorded are the following:

Walk
Run*
Outdoor Bike
Elliptical
Sports
Aerobic Workout

To learn more about this please check: How do I track my workouts with my Fitbit device? and let me know if you have any additional questions. Also, for the MapMyRide integration, I suggest you to revoke the app access and then link it again with you account following the steps that are specified on: How do I connect my Fitbit account with another app?

I'll be around.
