Hi dear helpers 🙂 can you bring me an answer for my problem with this device? When I want to check time on my smartwatch by hand move it doesn't react. I tried to check this in the app but I couldn't find something like calibration. Few first weeks it was OK. Thanks a lot a have a nice day. 🙂

Hold in the left side button a few seconds;  look for 'Screen Wake'; tap to toggle on or off.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
