I just bought Inspire HR and it is counting every wrist movement, I can’t find the setting to change this , can anyone help

Go to your settings page on the app or net dashboard. On the app tap on your picture on the upper tile. On the net dashboard click on the gear icon on the upper right corner. On the settings page tap or click on the device tile. Scroll down and look for wrist placement. Change the wrist placement to dominant hand. This should help reduce the sensitivity of the unit to random movement. Hope this helps.
