Steps not being Counted when I walk

My Fitbit does not count my steps sometimes. If I’m indoors it will not count. What I’m I doing wrong?

Hi @Tabbylane  That sounds weird! Mine counts well inside as well as outside. Are you moving your arms when you move around inside? If they are still it may not pick them up. Try restarting it several times and see if that helps. If it doesnt, please come back here
