Just bought an Inspire HR. Today it displayed only 770 steps, but for miles it listed 3.7 miles. Any ideas why the steps are not correct?  I’m guessing I did at least 7000 steps today. Thanks

Sorry for the delay. Thanks for reporting the discrepancy between your steps and distance tracked. I'd like to have more details about it.

 

Are you seeing this information on the Fitbit app or on your Inspire HR? How did you track those steps? Did you manually log any other activity for that day? Having this information might give us a clue of what happened on Sunday.

 

In the meantime, I'd suggest to restart your Fitbit Inspire HR and give it a try again. If you keep having this or any other issue let me know. For your missing steps, you can manually log it on the Fitbit app.

I'm all set now.  I did do the reset.  I had to do it 3 times before it started working correctly, but now it is fine.  Thanks.
