Strap broken away from device

Hi 

My Fitbit just fell off the other day. At first I thought the strap had come undone, but actually it has broken away from the device. A small piece of plastic has broken away from the casing therefore I cannot clip the strap back in

Are you still within warranty? It runs for 12 months from purchase (24 months in Europe). It's worth contacting customer support via contact.fitbit.com They can check your warranty status and advise on your options
