Stuck on time screen

My screen seems to be frozen. Then button works to turn it on and with a long press goes to the settings. The only thing I can do is see the time, battery, and toggle on and off the wake screen setting. I've tried other things that I've seen on other posts, but none of them seem to work. Thanks in advance!

Is it a new or an older device? Mine stops to work properly after a year of the purchase.
