The display stopped working on my Inspire in December of 2021. I worked with support suggestions until early January when it was deemed necessary to replace the watch. I submitted required forms and NOTHING happened. No replacement. No communication. Called again January 25. Went through the same process and NOTHING happened. No replacement. No communication except a service survey. Tried again today and told my case was closed due to inactivity. I was also told no supervisors were available.
