Hi @Sabrina-87, it's great to see you in the community.
I assume you have the all day sync setting switched to on? Also you would need to ensure you are not force quitting the Fitbit app in the app switcher (it needs to run in the background). Another thing to check is that you have Bluetooth turned on and left on. I would also recommend restarting your Inspire by following the steps here, and also restarting your phone.
