Sync issue since doing the Google sign in

Since being forced to change sign in to google, I can no longer get any of my workouts in the app- nothing will synch and I tried every single hack given- how do you get help from an actual person!??? It used to take several days for workouts to show up, which is ridiculous enough, but now nothing since Sept. 20th when I changed to google sign in ,which not happy about to begin with

Please make sure to follow these steps:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Offload the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the hours of activity are available now.
