Terrible customer service

The screen on my inspire watch is blank. I called the first time, they walked me through a reset, and changing the watch face…. And then told me I would hear back in an email in 24 hours. No response. I called again, and did the same process of reset and clock face, and again told me I would hear back in 24 hours. What will it take for them to fix or send a different Fitbit? I would rather them just say they don’t want to help, instead of wasting so much time. I am a big Fitbit fan, but this has been the worst customer service.
