Time is appearing wrong after clocks changing

My Fitbit has changed time along with my iPhone on the display however the sleep tracker time is wrong. It is reading an hour ahead of the time change?? I don’t know how to change this I’ve checked the time zone is correct. I’m slightly confused.

My time is wrong in the step tracking showing on my phone app (Android) and in the record on the fitbit itself that shows in which hours I took 250 steps. The fitbit and computer have the correct "Spring-forward" time showing. If this were strictly due to the clock change, it would register steps in the previous hour, but instead it is registering steps in the following hour. Also, when I went to the webpage for fitbit and looked at the dashboard there, the steps were registered in the correct hour. Please note that I did not pay any attention to this on other days, so this could either be a new problem or a problem that existed before the clock changes; I cannot say.

Unlike the previous poster, I did not have a problem with a mis-alignment of the time that sleep was registered.

My Android dashboard has been incorrect since the daylight savings time change, all was ok prior to this. Everything (steps, calories, active minutes etc.) is showing an hour ahead - so instead of going forward an hour, it's gone forward two hours! My desktop dashboard and Versa are correct, but the app is not. Completely messed up my stats yet again.
