Time off by 12 hours

Wifes Fitbit Inspire HR shows the time off by 12 hours.....example 1500 shows as 0300

It has been reset, rebooted.....tried everything, and it is always off by 12 hours!

Ideas?

Could the timezone be set incorrectly? You can check yours at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile

Good answer, but, no.....the time is set to PST (the right time zone)

But, it gives me an idea.....set it to a time zone 12 hours off....

?

Well, it appears it appears that without any further input on my part, at midnight it finally reset itself so that the correct time is set!
