My Inspire HR is not setting up for some reason, despite trying all steps available for IOS per on this link (https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1872/?l=en_US&c=Topics%3ATroubleshooting&p=inspi...) and seemingly all other options on the Fitbit forums as well. On the IOS app, it appears the tracker needs to be updated, but it never finishes updating. The device itself still shows the fitbit.com/setup screen. It only changes during updating w/ IOS app, but like I said, never finishes updating. I downloaded the Mac OS app, but that did not detect the device, despite being plugged in via charging cable (full battery), and Mac Bluetooth on (and of course IOS bluetooth off).I updated the Fitbit app, downloaded it again, updated my IOS, and Mac OS. Please advise. Thanks in advance!

Thank you for reporting the set up issues with your Fitbit Inspire HR, you've done an excellent job following those troubleshooting steps.
