Unable to change clock face

I've had my inspire hr for about 2 months and was able to change clock faces before. Fitbit app updated in between that time and as of at least 2 weeks ago I can't change the clock face anymore. Keep getting "oops looks like you're not connected to the internet" error message. I've tried ALL the trouble shooting steps. Recently updated the app (8/1/20). I have a pixel XL on Android 10. Inspire HR firmware just updated 8/4/2020. Still can't get new clock face or check out any apps for it. Same error message.

Thanks Ricardo,

I did all those trouble shooting steps. Force stopping the app. I even cleaned the cache. Uninstalled & reinstalled. Nothing worked. I figured out that it was the DNS server that I was using to block ads. When I changed to a different DNS I could connect to change the clock face. So apparently whatever Fitbit changed in the app recently makes my private DNS think it's adware. I didn't have this issue back in June using the same private DNS. It's a bug in the app.

I do not have a private DNS.  My service provider is AT&T.  There are no clock faces to choose from any more.  Is this going to be fixed?
