I have a Hr inspire tracker and some times the screen will freeze. I am unable to interact with it. During the time when it's frozen I believe it still continues To track everything because the clock continues to work and if I hold the side button the screen changes. I do not know how long it is in this state, but so far every time it eventually works again. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas?

I am having a similar problem with my Inspire HR tracker. All my stats seem to be correct however it will not allow me to swipe. It's frozen on the clock display. When I double-tap the screen it turns on and the side button is functional as well. I've followed the restart instructions and changing the clock face because that as fixed bugs for me in the past but neither has worked. I still cannot swipe.
