Unable to manually log exercise in the Fitbit app

My mobile device is a Google Pixel 7. My FitBit device is an Inspire 2. I generally add my workouts manually after the fact and it works fine. It hasn't worked in 2-3 days. I'm able to enter all the information and submit it, but it doesn't show up under my exercise. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Thanks for the details regarding your phone and the inconvenience with the app. 

Let me know if it happens with all the activities or just with a specific one. In the mean time, please try the following steps:

If the issue persists after entering those fields, please give a try to the following:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Restart your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the activity is available now.
