When I tap on the options like water, steps, food, my challenge etc .... it won’t load the pages. So I can’t add any progress at all

I have the Fitbit inspire. I did make sure my phone and the update were updated. I did not delete and redownload bc I didn’t want to lose progress. The problems seems to ave resolves itself as soon as a new day started. Weird!

Hello @JustaRam your fitbit data is stored on the Fitbit servers, nothing is ever stored in the phone or the Fitbit app.
This is why you can see your data through the Fitbit app and the web browser

I turned off and on my phone; I uninstalled my inspire and the problem still Persists. I was afraid to delete the app from phone bc it says I’d lose all the data...
