Unable to sync Inspire

I am trying to sync my Inspire but all I get is ‘looking ....’ Then back to ‘ sync now’ my most recent report has no details for the last 6 days so I want to sort this out. Can anyone help?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.

 

Then, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes.

Thanks very much. After much messing around I managed to sort it out. All OK now.
