Unable to sync, I have done a reset, restart, updated the app, and nothing has fixed the problems. Is there a way to help?

I’m having the same problem. I have reset everything and nothing is working. Even sent a message still haven’t heard a reply. After the iPhone I still have not been able to get notifications either. Very frustrating
