Hi

Every time I log into my account it shows a Mac ios logged in to my account. I have never owned any Mac device - I have revoked access dozens of times but it immediately comes back.
I have changed my password but it still happens

Hi @Whiteclio,

Seeing as this is a potential security issue, I'm going to flag your post for moderator attention.

@DramaQueenDiva Nice to see yo around. Thank you for notifying us and for your help.

@Whiteclio A warm welcome to the Community ! Thank you for your report.

Please go to your Fitbit app and tapp on your profile picture>account settings>authorized devices
Tap on each unknown device and then on Revoke access.

This should avoid that these devices cannot connect to your account.

I also recommend you to have a look at this: How can I help secure my Fitbit account and data?

Can someone take over my Fitbit account?

You'll find here some steps that you might need to take.

See you around.
