Valerie clock face missing

I pre ordered the fitbit insire HR and love the lavender band and clock face. However, the clock face I adore is not an option! Will there be an update including this or was this decided to be left out? Any help appreciated

I reached out to our product team about this and they just released the clock-face back into the gallery. You should see it as an option now.

Any chance the Valerie clock face will be updated with the option to have the date listed underneath as well? I love the look of that clock, but also prefer having the date on my FitBit.

I went to put the Valerie option as my clock face however it is gone again. Any chance it could be brought back once more?

There looks like there was a chance that it might possibly be a part of the battery drain issue, they may be trying to fix it or test it before it’s available again.

Hi can somebody please tell me if the pretty lilac clock face is available to use as advertised as it’s not showing as an option on my inspire hr

If you are referring to the advertising copy many sites have that is the watch face Valerie. I think they pulled it due to battery issues.

Hi folks! Just checking in here.

Our engineers have temporarily removed the Heavy Stats and Valerie clockfaces as the investigate a technical issue. We are hoping to have both of these clockfaces back in the gallery soon. 

In the meantime, I can suggest using one fo these three clockfaces: Simple Stats, Shifted, or Analog.

I will be sure to let you all know once these clocks are back in the gallery. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.

I updated the app, I wanted to try a different clock face so I went and changed it. I realized I liked better the old one but is no longer an option. 

Where is the clock face that display all your stats like time/steps/heart rate/ mileage etc.?

They will once they determine the cause of the battery drain issues currently being investigated by the Fitbit team.

I just received my inspire hr yesterday and I'm having the same issue with the Valerie clock face missing from my selections. Is this something that will continue to be updated on the app?

A couple of clock faces have been temporarily removed due to issues and it sounds like yours may be one of them. Keep an eye on the following thread which fitbit are commenting on this:

Have you read all the of topics on this? Just in case you may not be in the loop 2 watch faces were pulled temporarily from the app because they may have contributed to a battery that drains fast. Once they fix it , they should be adding it back into the app.
