Hi my fitbit inspire2 is not syncing with my WW app and not updating my steps automatically. I have to do it manually. Anyone having the same problem?

Hi, @Nettygirl , welcome!  The set up to enable your Fitbit to sync to your Weight Watchers profile must be done via the Weight Watchers app, and not via the Fitbit app.  The instructions for setting up the connection between Weight Watchers and your Fitbit are here .  Have you tried to set it up?

If you continue to have issues your best bet is probably to contact Weight Watchers help rather than this Community Forum

I was having the same problem so I went into third party access in fitbit app. Revoked the previous access I allowed to weight watchers app. Then I went back into weight watchers app and connected my fitbit like a new set up and it worked instantly
