Water Walking and Inspire 2

I have an inspire too as part of a fitness and cancer study. As part of my regular routine, I walk against current in a lazy – river style pool. I can’t find water walking on the exercise tracker, nor can I find a way to do a shortcut for it. Checking the forums here just tells me to do a feature suggestion, which is no longer available, or to use the fitbit.com dashboard, which is also no longer available. Does anyone here have experience logging this kind of exercise? I’m a newbie here, so it’s very possible I missed the solution. Thanks!

Hi, @toneweaver you can always track any activity using the “workout” option on your Fitbit.  It used to be possible to create a custom workout name but that had to be done via the dashboard which, as you have noted, is no longer available.  Unfortunately there is no built in workout that exactly matches your activity.

Please note that you will get exactly the same data tracking it as simply “workout” as you would using a different option - it really is just a label.
