Recently my Inspire HR started losing battery life and wouldn't respond to touch. Now it only powers on when connected to a charger. I noticed theres some light condensation under the screen. Isn't the device "swim proof". Theres no visible damage on the outside of the device besides some normal scratching. I went swimming in the river that was maybe 3 ft deep water. Not sure how else there would be water damage. I got it for christmas so it's only about 7 months old. Is there any thing i can do?

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums @ecefour.
Thank you for all the details that you've provided regarding your Inspire HR that is losing battery life and not responding to touch.
As you mentioned earlier, you should be able to use the Inspire HR to swim. I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

Yes thank you for the help. I spoke with customer support yesterday and was able to order replacement under warranty.
