What activity do I select for HIIT Workouts?

I am trying to decide what activity I would select (using the auto-select function) for estimating calorie burn. I do p90x3 which is more of a HIIT workout, but doesn't use the same time intervals (active vs. rest) with each workout, so the interval activity tracker on the Inspire HR wouldn't seem the most accurate? 

 

Please let me know what your suggestion would be. I would be all for the auto tracker, but I have read that it stops recording if you take any breaks, so I'd like to find a manual activity tracker that would work best for this type of workout. Thanks!
