My prior Alta did not track heart rate or AZM, but my new Inspire2 does - I have been getting celebratory buzzes for achieving a certain number of zone minutes (like the ones I get when I hit 10,000 steps in a day).  What's the criteria for these?  I've noticed two - one said 300, one said 900.

 

Tried to find on website and on device/app - can't seem to locate an answer to my question.
