You can try restarting your Inspire HR to try and fix the issue. You won’t lose any data performing a restart. Look here to see how it’s properly done: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm If the problem persist try changing your clock face through the Fitbit App. Preferably with the clock face that came with your tracker originally or one by Fitbit to see if that improved the issue.
