battery backwards

after charging I attached the battery pack to the watch backwards (inside facing out) and it is now welded together and can't separate them - watch is unusable. Any ideas?

Hi @sarsfield  page 8 shows how to charge the Inspire 2 - click to view. You don't need to take the tracker pebble off the band to charge it. Can you explain a bit more?
