The bpm on my Fitbit is not correct it is off by 25 -30 bpm This is alarming and I can’t get through to customer service.

My fitbit does not show my heart rate it just stays at resting heart rate and the number never changes. Would like to know why when I am exercising or fast walk ot doesnt show me
