Hi @mmdecarlo  you posted this in the Charge HR forum area, but you mentioned the Inspire. Which one do you have and what is the problem? Your post can be moved into the forum area for the Fitbit style you have.

@mmdecarlo are you sure that you have an Inspire(no side button) the inspire band does not have any pins but a notch that clips onto a tab.
