fitbit inspire

Has anyoneelse had difficulty getting their device to pair with their phone.  I have followed the instructions on "Why my fitbit wont sync", but my phone still cant find it.  I didn't have this problem with the flex 2 or with the inspire and my previous phone.

Hi, @Kathj , what phone do you use? Is it on the list of supported devices?  You can check here 

Often phones not on the list will work, but they can sometimes be a little inconsistent.  But checking the list is a first good troubleshooting step.  Someone in the Community with the same phone may be able to help if you let us know which phone you use.
