Had an alta that quit working while back. Got an inspire ( glutton for punishment)
Now I can't sync with this fitbit because to set up it has password from alta set up and I dont' know that one. Tried online and got new password but it takes me to the alta i had previously. How can I sync a new one with the same email address? Just got it today and already having challenges. May just return it.

You need to figure out what password you gave it.
You cant blame fitbit for something you cant remember
