all I want Fitbit to buzz my wrist for are phone calls, text messages and calendar alerts.  Don't want the attaboys.  How do I do this?

Hello @dedom and welcome to the Community.  Are you referring to the Heart Zone notifications that you get when you are in fat burn/cardio/peak heart rate zones?  If so, go to the Settings app on the device.  I don't wear an Inspire 2, but I think you swipe down to find it.  Choose Heart Zone Notification and change the setting.  If this isn't your question, please rephrase it and be more specific.

Thanks for the info, I’ll monitor the messages more closely and maybe come back if I can’t work the settings as you’ve described
