Tonight I tried the Exercise/Walk function. It continually double-vibrated at random intervals for my entire 2 hr walk. zap/zap - zap/zap. Always two short in a row. Sometimes 1 set, mostly 2 or 3 sets. Could be seconds apart, a minute apart, or 10 minutes apart. For 2 hours. Why?  Is this normal?

Just a stab  - could be you have it set to use phone's GPS, and buzzing indicates losing GPS signal.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Possibly.  The GPS signal would have been gone for 99% of the walk. I'd think I buzz would have been sufficient. 🙂
