I was on a 4 day bicycle journey across my state. I thought it would be neat to see my 4 day results on Strava instead of ending each day and getting one long relive video when i synced it. I used the activity function on my FitBit Versa and paused it each day before i slept and started it the next day. I ended up with 328.28 miles over about 25 active hours.
The app on my phone is not loading the map at all.
On the computer, it is only showing my first 108 miles on Strava and also on relive.
My first goal is to get the 328.28 miles synced on the fitbit website with the map so I can then call Strava customer service to get the full amount loaded there.
Any ideas?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. Tell me, is this the first time you've experienced this situation? Are you using an iPhone or an Android phone to sync your Versa?
When it comes to the map not loading, our team is aware of the problem affecting the map belonging to a long workout and is working to resolve it as quickly as possible. Now, about the data, would it be possible for you to reply to me with a screenshot of the activity as it shows in the app Dashboard and your online Dashboard? That will be very helpful for me to check this further.
