Hi There,
I'm wondering if someone can help. I am a fitbit coach premium member, but I can't get the personalised workouts on my fitbit versa. I have tried to update the app on the fitbit laptop app and on the mobile app but it won't update. The fitbit coach premium works perfectly in the app on my iPhone 6s but not on the versa, I just get the same 3 default workouts. I have already uninstalled the fitbit app and fitbit coach on my iPhone and reinstalled but that hasn't helped. My connection to wifi is also fine and my versa is fully charged when I've tried to update.
Any got any tips on how to update?
